"Great location, great faciaities staff was friendly and helpful. Location was ideal with the hotel having both beach and pool, beach is pebble so some may not like that. Highly recommend this place. Only warning is price does not include 15 E per day tax which would be nice if this was included in payment instead of asked for at the end of the stay/ "

"Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen. AC mediocre, bathrooms horrible. food and restaurant staff were ok . most people we met in crete ( except for people at front desk) were pretty nice. no reason to stay there , plenty of other good hotels around "
