"The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to both the KTM and MRT stations via covered walkways. "Our recent stay in May 2026 was not so pleasant. Here are the things which the hotel needs to work on: 1) the sofa bed was not a proper sofa bed. Its merely a sofa which they would cover it in the bedsheet 2) there was a cigarette smell from the toilet 3) the kids play area at the kids pool is not properly maintained. The ground is covered with slippery mould and algae which is very disgusting 4) the kids pool water is dirty and not visibly clear 5) for the kids night camp, they blasted the loudspeaker and placed it directly next to where the kids are seated. The hotel should make use of the space at the main lobby area/level1 to have more activities for families."

"For those travelling long distance my advice is get the hotel to book a taxi for you. When you exit the arrivals the younbglad is there and gives directions as to where to get the taxi. It's an hour from the airport to the hotel. The location is excyans I would strongly advise the Sky Bar. The Petronas Towers are straight in front of you. Hotel staff are exceptional, respectful and nothing is a problem. Well worth the stay...."
