"The stay at this hotel was by far one of the best. Antonio at the front desk was so helpful, he went out of his way to upgrade us for our 10th year anniversary. Antonio went the extra mile to take us into town, print itinerary for the rest of our trip in Switzerland. The hotel history is rich in culture with amazing amenities. "The pictures advertised were misleading. The apartment was cramped into a tiny room with a bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and all the furniture except a bed. We had to stay on a futon that took up almost all the space in the apartment. We couldn’t even walk around, never mind have room for our luggage. The futon was broken, and we couldn’t even put it together to make more room during the day. I would not recommend it."

"Wir waren vor 10 Jahren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Bei unserem zweiten Besuch jetzt waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Der Service hat sich stark verschlechtert, und es wird nicht gründlich gereinigt. Zum Beispiel war der Boden im Eingangs- bzw. Lobbybereich schmutzig. Auf der schwarz glänzenden Fläche des Käsehumidors waren Streifen vom Putzlappen zu sehen. Die Poster haben teilweise Löcher und wirken abgenutzt.

"We had the most wonderful stay in this apartment during our ski weekend in Andermatt — it truly exceeded all our expectations. The location is an absolute 10/10, perfect for getting to the slopes (Gütsch Gondola right in front of the accommodation) and enjoying everything the area has to offer. The apartment itself was spotless, the rooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable after long days in the snow.

"The resort is beautiful and the apartment amazing. The apartment was really well equipped with everything you would need, was super clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool and sauna etc were also wonderful - two types of sauna and nice touches like extra towels and glasses for water or tea in sauna area. When pool was busy - and it often was- it was still lovely relaxing by poolside. The village itself is beautiful with a great grocery store and an amazing bakery that also serves as a cafe...
