"The hotel itself is quite beautiful but the staff speak very little English the bathroom was not cleaned during my entire stay ( 6 nights ) and when I mentioned it to reception at check out she laughed about it The toilet would not flush properly for hours leaving a terrible smell and not being able to use the toilet I had to ask for the soap to be topped up twice The plumbing was terrible every time a toilet was flushed or a tap turned on you would hear it in your room The food in the restaurant was disgusting … the garlic bread had an entire garlic on top making it not edible I ordered vodka pasta and was given vodka pasta with duck The only positive thing I can say is that the transport into the ancient town was safe and reliable. "

Our Junior Suite room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view over the pool and beach. The pool and beach themselves were calm and relaxing even when the hotel itself was busy, and breakfast had plenty of options catering for all cuisines. "
