"This hotel needs a good cleaning!!! Comfort inn is usually on of our first picks when looking for a hotel. This one was so dirty! They keep the entrance tidy but once you get past that it is all downhill. I do have to say the bedding looked clean and was comfortable but we were pretty tired. When we woke in the morning we noticed the TV did not work and the dresser and night stand were filthy. A build up of dust and dirt and a drink spilled down the front. The carpeting looks so dirty you don't want to take your shoes off!The breakfast area was disgusting!!! We did not eat there.The hot food did not have lids so it was just cold eggs. the counter tops haven't been wiped in a long time.There was dried food that looks like it ran down all the cabinet doors.If that is what it looks like in the areas you can see imagine what it looks like in the kitchen. Do Better!!!!! You are giving the other Comfort Inns a bad name!!"

"Did not eat there Bar not inviting Room clean Parking situation a mess and expensive Disappointed that window had screen put over for an event and was not able to enjoy river view which I had paid more for. Not offered any discount when explained change In room coffee service was not complete with creamer etc.. "

"Had a bit of trouble figuring out the virtual check-in process (I should've done it in advance) but once I got through that, everything was good. I do wish there were more options to leave luggage in a locked cubby after after checkout, since you lose access to the building after your checkout time, but the staff member that was there on Sunday was there until 4 pm and let me in. (This is mostly an issue for Sunday checkout since the restaurant is open late other days)"

"Parking is quite convenient. Check in and check out were simple and speedy. The room was clean. My only frustration was with other guests making lots of noise at 3AM. 🙄"
