"We stayed here as it was close to Stony Brook University. The staff were very polite. We were able to check in early, which was a great help. We were just staying one night and did not eat the breakfast. We would stay here again."

"We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great. The breakfast was also good, with a lot of hot and cold breakfast options. We didn't get to use the pool, but it looked very nice, and the putting green and patio with grills are a cool touch. We booked a 2 bedroom suite for our family and it was great. Our teens were able to have their own beds, my husband and I had a separate bedroom with a king bed, and both rooms had their own...

"Unforgiving management. Refusing to accept cancellation due to inclement weather that cancelled local event. A midnight cancellation policy failed as people are usually asleep and uRoom never checked in. "

"We had a great time, heated pool was nice though I feel it needs a bit more filtering as some days it was a tad cloudier than I would prefer. Breakfast was great and everything was clean Beware, they charge 15usd plus taxes per night per car, so not free parking."

"Call first to confirm the pool is open. Arrived after long travel day looking forward to pool only to find a closed pool sign on thr door. A little advanced notice, even at check in would have been appreciated."

"I informed staff my room had ants for 2 days and there was someone else’s dirty towels in the corner( which were not picked up by day 3) The elevator was on its last leg. The coffee and water in the lobby was nice-nice seeing security there at night"

"Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....
