"Very nice clean property "

"The check in woman did know what she was doing. She served others while I waited to be finished with which made me fel pushed aside. The place seemed run down but was being renovated but the floor I was on smelled bad due to the renovation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They need to pay attention to what the room condition is like and fix the problems like the TV not working properly, shower curtain bar was damaged and the water pooled on the floor, toilet kept running, hallways and rooms were dirty and needed cleaning especially the carpets. Breakfest was small and always the same items. No decafe coffee, etc. Parking was good but the trees needed attention due to branches hanging loose and could cause damage to vehicles if they fell down. Overall, the place seemed run down and needs alot of upgrading."

"Room smelt weed and drugs Stain in beds and very worse environment Carpet was stained with fluids. Peeled doors and wall. Very filthy "

"Out of the four elevators only 2 worked , room was clean , you can tell the place has bin painted a few times in its lifetime , it was cold the week we were there and thermostat didn’t seem to have any heat "

"The sauna was not hot the headboard in the room was torn up the burger was not cooked properly and needed to send back 2 times "

"My stay was poor, there was a VERY UNPLEASANT smell in my room!! In addition, NO HOT WATER when showering!!! Also, NO HEALTHY options for breakfast!!"

"They kick us out of our room because we had young kids with us said we had more than four people they wanted me and my wife to be in separate rooms with our children we only had one night remaining and they kick us out because we would not book another room for the last night of a two day stay short notice booking due to or last accommodations being over book we had to book here not by choice but was only thing available at the time in our budget. Staff suck lack compassion and understanding kids are under 7 years old youngest 3 it was said we went to Marriott instead of staying there one more night."

"Kinda rough... I guess you get what you pay for. Busted chair in the room, not one working electrical outlet to charge a phone or a laptop either. I can understand some dirty carpet and other things that might get addressed with a renovation, but I don't understand broken furniture and no usable power outlets."
