"Room was very spacious, and ultra clean! A/C worked well, and it was very easy to maintain a perfect room temperature. Never met a staff member who wasn't smiling. Morning breakfast buffet was an abundance of riches! (I won't dare tell how much weight I gained!) Highly recommend this hotel."

"My wife didn't want me to leave a review because it's so nice we want to come back. The room was great, the staff were very friendly and the hotel is located in a wonderful area. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to The City."

"The exterior and entrance are beautiful, but that is where the 5-star experience ends. The rooms are nice, yet the windows were extremely dirty and the view was terrible. Breakfast was a major disappointment, more like a 3-star level: industrial quality pastries, undercooked muffins, and poor savory options. Surprisingly, the Ibis near the Istanbul Fair offers better quality and choice for a fifth of the price. The SPA lacks a whirlpool, and the sauna and hammam are mediocre for this category. Furthermore, the noise from the rooftop restaurant was deafening until 1:00 AM, even on the 7th floor. I do not recommend this hotel as there are much better 4 and 5-star options nearby for a lower or similar price. Don't be fooled by the magnificent facade."

"Les gens à l'accueil sont très sympathiques.. notamment Nesrin. Par contre les chambres commencent à montrer de l'âge (couvre pieds usé, calfeutrage obsolètes, etc). Les douches sont très très sales et bouchées. J'ai eu deux chambres et ce n'est donc pas un cas isolé. Il y a beaucoup de moisissures aux joints. La TV à un seul canal, aucune chaise ni bureau pour travailler. Un mince comptoir avec un ottoman c'est tout. Sinon la localisation est parfaite, le prix est raisonnable."

"The rooms are clean, very nice, and comfortable. Good lighting, nice beds. Nice coffee shop downstairs. Great location. It is literally the only Turkish hotel I’ve ever stayed in that does not have breakfast. In addition they have a beautiful terrace and rooftop restaurant that they have closed. At this price it could be better."

"We had a room with a small terrace opening to the pool, which was still in the process of being opened. Staff generally were helpful and attentive, with the exception of the lobby bar where it was always a struggle to get someone to serve. Housekeeping and room service were excellent"
