"My reason for rating Hutchinson Hampton Inn highly was because of the staff. They were generally polite and helpful. But then came a big crisis for my wife and me. I became very sick. The front desk called for an ambulance and I was taken to the ER. This cause us to need an extra day. I found out the staff had already extended our reservations. They continued to show kindness when we returned from the ER. "

The bed itself was comfortavle but there were only two pillows and they were very flat and not comfortable. Our only other issues were that the bathroom door was hard to close, so it probably needs a good sanding, and the out door wasn't sealed the greatest (we could.see loght around the edges) and it caused the AC to run loudly and constantly. Otherwise, it was a good stay."
