"Buen hotel muy agradables lobby, restaurantes y bar, la habitacion estrecha, la limpieza de alfombras deja que desear, el baño impecable. La habitación en el ala noreste muy ruidosa por el tráfico. El personal de recepción servicial y amable."

"Clean room, clean hotel. Staff were very helpful. Watched interactions with staff and other guests, could not fault, very professional, polite, friendly and helpful. "Check in was very slow as they were doing a fire check at 3pm when all the guests were arriving. Very old property and we were on 4th floor only a lift up to 3rd floor and a lot of the fire doors a were wedged open."
