"There was a floodlight outside that was flashing on and off. The only hot food selection was the waffle. There was no coffee. The coffee machine was not working. The desk clerk was unaware of this. The actual room was okay. But it was hard to get to outlets for my computer and CPAP."

"We were given a smoking room initially which is absolutely disgusting. And then when we got in the room it felt so dirty that it was hard to feel comfortable. We tried watching TV but that didn't work and we both needed showers but the bathroom felt so awful that there was no way we would feel clean afterwards.
