"I am from Canada. This is the best hotel we stayed in south Caucasus countries even though other hotels we stayed are all 5-star hotel while this is a 4-star hotel. But this hotel beats other two 5-star hotels we stayed in South Caucasus, Bugattis, Romania and Moldova. I would think this 4-star hotel aligns with 4-star hotel standard in Canada."

Also, Nigar from customer service was always helpful and attentive throughout our stay. It was my husband’s birthday, and the hotel made it truly special — they surprised us with a delicious cake in the room, a beautiful fruit basket, and a mix of almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts.
