El cuarto muy amplio, todo en excelentes condiciones. El piso de la regadera es muy resbaloso. Las camas cómodas. Todo el personal con excelente actitud de servicio. El buffet de desayuno no nos gustó. Sin embargo, la coctelería del bar es buenísima. En general una muy buena experiencia.

Capital O Hotel Los Caracoles, Acapulco
Baño apestoso. Camas incomodas. Olores fetidos de los colchones con resortes de fuera, sabanas percudidas. El olor en recepcion es fetido por el pescado/mariscos de la cocina que esta a un lado.

The only problems are #1 , the a/c on the rooms are not adequate, I had to purchase a fan to make it bearable #2, the elevators, even though there are 4, many times one was out of service or there were so many guests that you wait for more than 10 minutes and still can't get on one, in 19 days I ...
