"The studio apartment had a nice view, the cleaning duo were always friendly and efficient. Minus the initial problems checking in that took like 3 different people to correct it and about 3 hrs along with unhelpful front desk people the location and amenities were fantastic. It would be helpful though to have a luggage cart or help with that, we lucked out and a fellow American guest helped us with our luggage. The East pool was way less crowded and cleaner and much more family friendly. The gym was excellent they had new equipment with a view while you work out i didn't like that people were blasting their music and leaving doors propped open that kinda defeats the point of security and facial recognition securiry to open doors throughout the property. It would've been beyter though to have a smart lock for the doors and or a ring camera for safety."
