Our delux room was substandard with old off white coloured linen and safety hazards such as a step down to the bathroom. My husband was shocked that I had booked and paid so much money for substandard hotel but I was going off pictures and reviews that were either false and misleading. This hotel is not good value for money and it will disappoint those who expect higher standards because the standard is very low. "

"To clarify. What led me to book at Peravi suites at the signature was the fact that I had stayed at the Signature before and it was good. This time the name " Peravi Suites" was added which I came to find was a management company that managed a two bedroom apartment owned by someone at the Signature building. When I arrived in Accra and texted and called the agent/manager on the WhatsApp number I was given, He said was ambiguous with how I should check in. "
