"Pros: Staff was helpful and courteous. Limited interactions with staff. Prompt and kind interactions at check-in and check-out. Very pleasant gentleman. Noise from surrounding rooms was minimal. Non-smoking room as expected. A/C cooled very well. Cons: Hair found on sheets of both beds and bathroom floor. Loud A/C unit made TV difficult to hear. Bath towels were similar to most pool towels, smaller and thinner than expected. The hotel halls and room smelled of bleach or chlorine. I wasn't in...

"Staff were amazing and very accommodating! Very clean rooms! Would 100% stay here again."

"The property is old and it needs updating for the price they’re charging. Room smells like urine and Lysol. All ice machines were not working on the property. Lastly, because I booked through Expedia they charged me a $75 security deposit in addition to what I paid Expedia. They said security deposit would be returned in a few days and was charged because I went through Expedia. I’ll stay elsewhere next time."

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast attendant is very pleasant, helpful and attentive/cleaning to the serving area."

"Hotel had a mold smell , room had a smell bathroom looked like they painted over mold the air in the room did not get cold no matter what you did . The hallway was colder than the room . Breakfast was cold for food that is suppose to be hot .The bed in the room was pasts its due date .. straight worn out pillow cases had stains in them . I don’t recommend."

"The front desk clerk was a jerk. He made me pay a pet deposit on my service dog. He kept asking me for a service dog license which legally he’s not allowed to do through the ADA. There was glass all in the parking lot. They have no breakfast. They had questionable people and homeless all over that area. Not a place you would want to be at night by yourself."

"The Brick Street Hotel was easy to find and the parking was great. We did notice an odor when entering the room. We ran water in the shower and the sink and it finally dissipated. It would be nice if you could cover the bright degree signage for the AC unit on the ceiling. It felt like we had a night light on and could not sleep well. My husband said his side of the bed was dropping and he did not prefer the mattress. The Artisan Restaurant was wonderful and the food tasted great!"

"Breakfast was the only drawback. I really like to feed the kids breakfast at the hotel and breakfast wasn't great for children."

"Property and people were fine but the photos for the room we thought we booked was not at all what we got. Accordion to the Expedia pictures we rented a cabin, in reality it was a motel room so be careful when booking."

"I guess u get what u pay for ..the room was disgusting, gaps at the bottom of the rotted door which made there be a lot of flies everywhere...toilet wasn't even set right it shifted...it smelled like cigarettes and the bed was hard BUT it was close to Choctaw Casino and what was available...I do not recommend 👎"
