"*Do not book if you anticipate a late evening arrival* My friend and I were commuting from Zurich to Wengen late in the evening (around 11:00PM). We called the hotel staff to notify them of our check in time, only to be told that the last train we were waiting for was under some sort of construction and that there were no more trains after midnight. According to the hotel staff, it seems like trains going under construction was a normal occurrence and it would take 1.5-2hrs to hike up the steep...
