"We had a beautiful room with a great view of the Temple and got to see air balloons rising in the the morning. The staff was so nice and helpful even with my bad Spanish. We had a lovely stay. "

"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Excellent amenities in the room. I loved the nice thick towels, bathrobes, products, water, super comfortable bed and pillows. Room was so quiet and we could not hear noise from across the street which is Parque Mexico.
Bar and restaurant was excellent too. We ate delicious food at the restaurant and also had very nice cocktails in the bar.
All staff provided exceptional service from the doorman, front desk, bar and restaurant team. "

"I absolutely loved my stay here. I loved the bubble of the neighborhood, everything I needed was within a 3 to 10 minute walk from the hotel, my favorite coffee shop that I discovered, great bars, clubs, restaurants, and local shopping centers. About 20 minutes away, there is also a huge park, which was a great bonus.
I have stayed at other hotels in Mexico City, and at times I felt judged or received certain looks. Here, it was completely different, I felt like I was always coming home. I...

"I definitely enjoyed my stay. Felt safe at all times. I loved the convenience of being able to do laundry during my stay especially because I packed light. Felt very special on my birthday when I was surprised with balloons and a small cake 🎂 definitely made my experience memorable! I would totally book here again 💗"
