"The Barns Hotel is a great place to stay. Staff are very accommodating and friendly, room was comfortable and clean and there is free parking. The restaurant served reasonably priced food and the breakfast was lovely. The manager kept the bar open until we had all returned from a local festival. We would stay here again in the future 😁 "

"I didn't use breakfast, so I can't comment about it. I am not qualified to characterise the eco-friendly aspects. It is annoying that the survey doesn't allow alternative options for answers. However, my stay at Mercure Hotel West Bromwich was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had situations.
