"Unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing overall.
The breakfast was the worst, food was cold, the selection was very limited, and several items were constantly unavailable. The pool café also seemed to regularly run out of food and we were often told they “didn’t have it” or we couldn’t get certain items. Dinner service was very poor. The quality of the food was extremely disappointing across the board, including both the buffet and the restaurant-style dining options. Service selections were limited, and overall the food quality did not meet expectations for an all-inclusive resort.
Most of the resort amenities were out of service during our stay, which was frustrating considering this is advertised as an all-inclusive resort. The rooms themselves were very outdated and run down. There was noticeable water buildup on the shower glass, rust stains, dirty floor edges, and overall the rooms just did not feel clean or maintained well. The TVs in the rooms did not work, and neither did the phones, making it impossible to contact another room if needed. Also worth noting there is no room service available.
The beach itself was beautiful, however the snorkeling was very underwhelming with little to no fish or sea life visible. We also noticed broken glass in multiple areas of the beach.
Overall extremely disappointed for an all-inclusive resort!
