"Very nice historic lobby and bar with soaring ceilings. Very welcoming front desk arrival. Valet parking service very good. Room was fresh and light. Generous towels and bathroom amenities. TV via satellite, ample channels, satellite reception annoyingly kept failing.No ability to stream own device, whole set up needs updating. Wifi good on property. Disappointed not to have a business center & no ability to send a FedEx from the hotel. Was told I had to drive to the other side of the island...

"The staff was nice when we got there. During our stay we did have to look for staff to help us as one woman seemed to be running the cafe and the hotel. The room was over crowded with beds. There were unpatched holes in the walls in the room and bathroom. There was dirt and hair behind the toilet. There was not the proper remote for the tv and the curtain was falling off the wall. It was a lack of attention to detail. It was not worth the money. "

"This spot is close to the airport, right across from the beach. They have a good restaurant on site. The accommodations are pretty basic, thin towels, AC doesn't exactly work. But people were friendly and its in a good location. Something to note is that taxis are fairly expensive ($25 or so even for a 10 minute drive) so if you want to see more than the immediate area it'll cost you."

"For the price we paid for our stay I can definitely say it was worth it. We started off with a little hiccups but the staff was so helpful and made sure to correct everything and made sure we got proper accommodation. We also got complimentary accommodation for the water park in Atlantis which I found was really nice especially since we had kids 7 and under. The park is 5 mins walk away from the hotel. There is restaurants around as well walking distance. The breakfast was more American cuisine...

"The property was clean, the staff was friendly enough, but there was no working WiFi in the room nor working TV. The 2 bed room had very small beds maybe for children. There was no effort to check in the WiFi but the day manager was apologetic. "

"During our stay, the resort was housing over 1,200 students for a track meet. As a result, several amenities were unavailable, and accessing shared spaces such as the pool or the buffet was often difficult and left a negative impact on our overall experience. Additionally the majority of our interactions with the staff at the front desk were less than friendly. On a positive note the bartenders and entertainment staff were lovely."

"Breakfast was fresh and good, with a nice selection. The pool was nice, and across the street at Janakoo Beach, they had a booth that would give out beach towels and lounge chairs. The water was beautiful and had a nice breeze. There were good views and nice eats at local restaurants on the beach walkway, with quite a few selections."

"Stayed April 1 to 5. Location directions could be improved. It would help a lot if directed to the Brownstone building! Can't hardly see the advised number sign (even our taxi driver was confused and got lost). Once found, it was an easy check in. Got to the unit and it looked great! Upon further inspection and usage, here's the breakdown: - the bed mattress is very hard - was not a comfortable sleep - the bedframe cracks loudly when you are just turning - the kitchen was equipped to a minimum...

"The ocean was not visible from our room, however, a short walk brought us to the ocean, sound, pools, and restaurant. The accommodations were worn but clean and comfortable."

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "
