"Duvet had a stain. Room facilities on Expedia states bathrobes but there is actually a charge for these. The bathroom door slides and did not close properly leaving a huge gap. I was sharing with two friends and it made it difficult coming in and out of room if someone was in bathroom as could see in from the corridor of the hotel. Had to ask for tea & coffee and extra mug as only 2 mugs, one teabag and no coffee in a triple room. These were replenished to a better amount when room was cleaned...

"My expedia confirmation said checkout was 12, but on arrival the hotel said it was 11. I told the front desk this, but they didn't seem bothered and just said it was wrong on Expedia. It was a bit annoying as we had planned our onward trains based on midday checkout. The room was nice, and we enjoyed the sauna in the gym. "It was a nice stay for me and my wife. Very central and convenient location. Bathroom is gorgeous with a nice free-standing bathtub that my wife enjoyed. It’s an older building and floors throughout our room were very squeaky. Bed was ok. Breakfast was really good. I would probably stay there again."

"Everything in my room and in the spaces that I saw was clean and well-maintained. The building has very solid floors and walls (poured concrete, I assume), so that one hears no noise from other rooms (at least, I didn't). On the negative side, the interior design is cold, sterile, and charmless. "

There was a chip in the bottom of the sink which gave the impression it hadn't been cleaned properly until you realised it was chipped and the plug wasn't working properly. Light at one side of the bed not working - plug on the other side not working. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. States black out curtains but light filtered through the top.
