"The location is great if you know your way around Addis, some staff members really makes an effort to make your stay pleasant while some are outright rude and hostile. I was not able to use the GYM area on the weekend as they do not allow customers staying in the hotel to use the facilities on weekends, the lady looking after the facility gave me a very rude speech about the rules being the rules. Overall there are better options for the price and I would not recommend the place."

"I stayed for one night at this 'hotel'. That was more than enough. The hotel supposedly had no record of my Hotels.com booking, which had been paid for. The internet never worked. Staff promised it would be fixed and provided numerous excuses. The tv had one English-speaking channel: Al Jazeera. The manager/owner 'fixed' it...for a matter of minutes. "The hotel’s location was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. However, the room could use some updating, particularly the bathroom and bed. Breakfast also has room for improvement."
