"I really enjoyed this hotel. It's a little run down from it's former glory...but the staff are genuinely welcoming. From the first contact to the last. Pool is nice. Gym is fine, except non of the weights are particularly heavy. Juliette on reception was excellent. And please try the goat light red soup...it was excellent."

"Reception staff were awful at picking up the phone especially when calling from the room phone. We had to use our personal phone to call. The bed was nothing to talk about. Right side of the bed was broken and mattress was almost to the ground. We called severally so we can change room but no one picked up. We had to manage the night since it was just one night. Reception staff were not friendly or helpful at all. Very bad experience and will not recommend this place."

"I had a great stay at Crismon Hotel in Ghana. The staff are lovely, hardworking, organized, lively, and very trustworthy. The rooms are well maintained with daily room service, and the large pool and outdoor seating area are great places to relax. The restaurant is also very convenient, with food and room service available throughout your stay. The location is especially convenient for anyone working with industrial companies around the Tema area.
