"What an absolute Gem. From start to finish, i cannot fault our stay. Short 3 night stay with friends. The accommodation was excellent with a nice upgrade to the privileged area which included private pool and bar. Food and drink was above and beyond. The wine for an all inclusive resort was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel for both long and short stays. "Room was not available upon arrival and hotel was fully booked. Poor management"

"From start to finish our experience was a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! On arrival we were allocated the rooms. However, we paid for an upgrade and staff did not know what that meant and specified all rooms were the same. We reverted back to our Expedia voucher to show what we had booked to be then informed the rooms were not available. We had to show the images on the website to show what we had booked. after some time we were then provided with the upgraded rooms we had paid for. Only one room was ready...
