The spa staff are lovely and we had excellent massages, but the steam room and sauna were really disappointing - both have big gaps around the doors letting cold air in and hot air/steam out, making them totally ineffective. "Lovely staff and breakfast. No cold water in the shower and there was a crack in the bathroom doors which meant the floors kept getting wet. Balcony could have been cleaned better upon arrival and having someone explain how the electrics work would’ve also been useful. Overall, good hotel and good experience."

My room was great - large, with a balcony sitting area and a good bathroom, refrigerator, coffee/tea service, and the usual other amenities. Tasteful, clean, quiet as well. I would stay here again!"
