"Beautiful Riad ,our room was cleaned every day , the staff was amazing , always willing to help , the buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Superb location. I really recommend this lovely Riad. "

"The facility was very well maintained. Our room had a solarium, and we had breakfast every morning in there. The only complaint was that for vegetarians they struggled to understand about proteins. They stated we would get a vegetable tangine with lentils, but instead ended up with just a tangine of beans. This was disappointing."

"This hotel does not feel like a 4-star property; I would rate it closer to 3 stars. It is quite large, and the garden is definitely the highlight of the property. The location is good as well. However, the hotel appears to be understaffed, which affects the overall experience. There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the rooms, which is disappointing for a hotel of this category. The food is quite basic—I only tried the breakfast and something from the pool bar, and both were underwhelming. The main issue is the lack of staff availability, which impacts service quality. Additionally, the spa is overrated and not worth the money."

"Firstly i would like to thank a few staff member's for making me and my family feel welcomed and went beyond expectations to make sure we was happy and satisfied. I couldn't asked for a better place to stay. Mohammed Bqchir, IMAD, Aisha, Jaouad. Thanks once again. property is nice clean poolside was clean lots off seating. Common area was nice in cosy. Restaurant/Bar area was nice. Breakfast a bit for everyone. Room was nice spacious and clean we mini fridge and microwave and a balcony. Bathroom had bath and shower separate which was amazing. Toilet was also separated which was a bonus for families The hotel wasn't to far away from the big square walking was less than 10 minutes if you know where your going. Not to far from the menara mall. "

"C’est naturellement l’emplacement. Mais, du coté de la salle de bain, c’est désuet. Une douche dans un bain et que le pommeau de douche ne peux fournir assez d’eau pour te laver correctement. L’air conditionné devrait être changer, ca fait beaucoup de bruit pour rien. Par contre, le lit était confortable mais pas les oreillers."

"For a city hotel this is quality. Roof top pool, restaurant amazing. I would of given 5stars but the bed and pillows far to hard and mattress topper needs to be thicker as my double bed was two singles pushed together. What is 5 stars are the staff all of them are so genuine. Special shout out goes to Samir keept bumping into him all over the hotel, so helpful and with a big smile on his face. "
