"Building needs a refresh...beds, room decor, bathroom...just looks tired...I've been to a few Le Meridien...Mauritius and Dubai would get a proper 5 star. Marrakech needs refurb of property...sauna, jacuzzi and steam room should be available. Wifi is also weak, with today's technology, wifi should be 5G. Also be safer to have a traffic light or speed breaker at the pedestrian crossing just out of the hotel to Menara mall. The cars don't stop even if you are on the crossing. "

There was a mixup with a different hotel and we had to make a last minute booking for one night, and the staff were so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay.
