"A great hotel in a good location. Breakfast waiter service was slow and not a 5 star service. Food was excellent. Huge swimming pool with plenty of cabannas and sunbeds . Our bathroom had a bad sewage smell which was slowly rectified. Would go back again . "

"Building needs a refresh...beds, room decor, bathroom...just looks tired...I've been to a few Le Meridien...Mauritius and Dubai would get a proper 5 star. Marrakech needs refurb of property...sauna, jacuzzi and steam room should be available. Wifi is also weak, with today's technology, wifi should be 5G. Also be safer to have a traffic light or speed breaker at the pedestrian crossing just out of the hotel to Menara mall. The cars don't stop even if you are on the crossing. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Ksar Anika! There was a mixup with a different hotel and we had to make a last minute booking for one night, and the staff were so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We had to leave early the next morning to travel to another city, and they very kindly prepared a lunch for us to take with us. I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting and would love to stay again if I’m lucky enough to return! "

"What an absolute Gem. From start to finish, i cannot fault our stay. Short 3 night stay with friends. "What a beautiful place to stay!! Right near the bustle of the Medina and pure Moroccan beauty!! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious!! It could be tricky to locate but Google maps and our phones made it easy!! We felt safe walking around the area and at night it was very quiet.
