"L'accueil était parfait. Notre hôte a pris le temps de nous offrir un thé à la menthe et de nous fournir quelques explications sur le riad, son quartier et les visites à effectuer. La chambre située tout en haut du riad était très confortable, avec un grand lit, deux canapés, climatisation, un petit frigo, une salle de douche, et toilettes séparées. Nous avons apprécié le coin salon extérieur à côté de la chambre, ainsi que la terrasse tout en haut du riad. La piscine intérieure et le jacuzzi...

"El Riad es perfecto. Silencioso y súper cómodo. A cinco minutos andando del zoco y a 10 minutos de la plaza fan. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Marrakech este será mi alojamiento."

Only issue we had was it was difficult to find the front door the first time as it is around the corner from where google maps directed. The pin should be relocated to proper location and include the additional side alley to front door."

The staff are extremely friendly and will always go the extra mile for you - The breakfast changes slightly everyday which is a nice touch and a good way to start the day. You’d be silly not to stay here! Oh, it also has a lovely roof terrace and pool! "

The staff is very friendly, everything is clean and the breakfast is very nice. If you have VIP status with Expedia, you will even get a free transfer from the airport. Overall, a fantastic stay!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Zazz. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The rooftop was one of our favorite spots, having breakfast up there was such a nice way to start the day. The location is great and close to everything. It was a bit tricky to find at first, like many places in the Medina, but once we figured it out, it was perfect. Highly recommend!"

"The property was delightful- so esthetically done up and with such thoughtful details. The staff was very courteous and helpful and always so good with any requests we made. The hospitality was so heartwarming- we were served hot tea and cookies when we arrived and were served lunch as soon as we were ready for it. The swimming pool was perfect for our 5-year old and he loved being in there. The breakfast was all home made and fresh with different items served each time- the yogurt, amlou, honey...
