"We arrived at this property exhausted as we flew over night from Canada. We were greeted warmly with tea, dates and cookies. The amenities were all well described to us and we were acknowledged by all the staff. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with homemade shampoo, conditioners and body wash. "We enjoyed our stay at Riad Kaiss. The staff was extremely kind and friendly - they treated you like family which was special. Our room was great - we had a private terrace, the bed was very comfy and the AC was nice! We appreciated the care and attention to detail that the staff offered - Younes and Gigi were a great help to us during our stay. When we checked out the Riad gave us a parting gift and snacks to go which was such a sweet touch. "

"We can heartily recommend Riad Al Badia. We received a warm welcome by all staff and were served a traditional sweet mint tea. "This ‘experience’ was fantastic, inside the Medina is a mesmerising chaos but the riad was quite cool and a haven. This is not a hotel but a traditional riad. Nothing was too much trouble, even obtaining alcohol during Ramada.Local knowledge was always available. Breakfast was traditional and very nice. "Loved our stay here. Staff were so helpful and took such pride in their work. Were super helpful arranging transport for us, with our luggage and at breakfast. "Pros: A beautiful Riad in a very good location. An excellent welcome service - they tell you all the options you can do nearby (with map introduction) and what they offer. The breakfast in the rooftop was good. The pool and sunbeds are a nice plus. Cons: The spa prices were too high for us."
