"I had an exceptionally beautiful stay. From the moment I arrived, I knew I had chosen something truly special. For my first visit to Marrakech, (solo) I wanted the intimacy and authenticity of a riad rather than a large luxury hotel — and I could not have made a better decision. Every detail was exceptional. Was picked up at the airport by the car service, driver drove me to the center where I was met by the owner who walked me to the riad. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, with elegant rooms, a serene atmosphere, and a warmth that makes you feel instantly at home. Its location was perfect for exploring Marrakech, yet it remained a peaceful retreat from the energy of the medina. What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality. The owners ( Beautiful couple) were exceptionally warm. Mohammed was simply outstanding. Warm, attentive, and effortlessly gracious, he seemed to anticipate every need before I even had to ask. The entire staff was equally kind and welcoming, making my stay feel both luxurious and deeply personal. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and the overall experience exceeded every expectation. Oh, and I can’t forget the daily freshly squeezed orange juice. This was, without question, one of the most memorable hotel experiences I have had. If you are visiting Marrakech and looking for a beautifully designed riad with exceptional service and genuine hospitality, I cannot recommend it highly enough."

"This riad was a complete gem within the Medina! The staff was over the top wonderful (shoutout to Said who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome). The included breakfast is wonderful, the location is great because it is slightly more quiet while still being right in the middle of things. Highly recommend."

"Our stay at the Riad was wonderful. The location was excellent, and the property itself was absolutely beautiful inside. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality of the staff. They consistently made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Suke at the front desk, as well as the server at the Eclipse restaurant, were especially attentive and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was also outstanding. In fact, it was the best tagine I had during my trip. I would highly recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh."

"The Riad is amazing! Don’t let the surrounding area scare you away, it’s the beauty of staying in a riad! Youssef, Abdul and all of the amazing ladies were so incredible and welcomed us with open arms. The room was great and had air conditioning and the breakfast each morning was fantastic. "I am so glad we chose Dar les Cigognes for our four night stay in Marakech. We loved everything about it. The riad itself is so beautiful; peaceful, restful and cool. The roof terasse is a wonderful place to relax and take coffee and meals. The rooms are very well equipped with lovely big, comfy beds. The locationis perfect, just outside the city walls, with every attraction within easy walking distance. Special mention goes to the staff:Hayst, the Manager, and Hajiba the Concierge are so warm and welcoming and genuinely enjoy making sure that your stay in Marakech is a delightful as possible. They are supremely knowledgable about all thr local attractions and will arrange cars or taxis for any and all necessary transfers or excursions. Our waiter was Abdo and he was soattentive and caring and sweet. Which brings me to the food: it really is the best we found in Marakech - honestly I would recommend esting exclusively at the riad, as the quality and setting is unsurpassed in the city. My wife and I also enjoyed a vigorous and rejuvenating hammam bath, expertly applied by Amina, who was as lovely as all the team in the riad. I have travelled very extensively over decades and can honestly say I have never enjoyed a property and hospitality so much as I have here - if you are planning a stsy in Marakech you MUST stay at Dar les Cigognes."
