Also a 5-7 min walk to the mini mart makes for great location. Your private unit is ocean front along with your private pool and patio area. If you want to venture to Nikki Beach Spa it’s less than a 5min walk from your door. I would recommend this property over all others. "Awesome location with a spectacular view over the bay. We had a huge suite with our own private pool. Sophia and Ilias were wonderful. She was an amazing concierge and the place is very well kept. Wonderful breakfast. On a pedestrian only street that overlooks the caldera so there are unbelievable views and sunsets. "
