"The first point is the steep slope upto the properties from the road, we had read some of the other reviews and it isnt at all bad, as long as you are in first gear its a breeze!! Another negative thing we read was the steps down to the road, if you are on foot, these were not as bad as other reviews say!! Yes they are slightly uneven but not a problem to get up and down them. Very clean, spacious, excellent air conditioning and a beautiful lady (Despina I think?) who looked after us and gave us some wonderful home grown organic produce (grapes, apples, pomegranate). Die Gegend drumherum wirkt ein wenig heruntergekommen. Den Stadtstrand von Ierapetra erreicht man innerhalb von 2 Gehminuten, Tavernen und Bars an der Strandpromenade sind ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.
