Lovely balcony and amazing view. A kitchen I could make a meal in. Comfy bed. A small problem in the room which was speedily sorted. Friendly and welcoming staff. A short walk into the main town areas and beach.

This was a lovely place. The room was incredible, it was so large with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was spotlessly clean. Our welcome was warm and friendly, and enjoyed sharing stories with the marvellous French-Canadian owner.

Friendly, quiet and very clean apartment/hotel

We wanted a one night stay in a quiet location but near the harbour. This apartment hotel was perfect for our needs. We were able to check in early which was a bonus and after we checked out they kindly looked after our luggage for 3 hours. The room had a good fridge and good kitchen amenities. The bathroom also had a bath with toiletries. The air conditioning was very good too. Reception were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money.

Fantastic location, 5 star view, large room with kitchenette, very clean, large balcony, exceptional value. Bernadette and her (family) staff were very engaging and super helpful. Highly recommend. Although only 5 min walk to the start of the action, can be challenging if you have mobility issues, but where in Greece isn't like that. Curtis and Karen (couple in their late fifties)

Phenomenal view, lovely clean room, terrific staff

Absolutely fantastic place. Impeccably clean, cleaned most days. Stunning and unbelievable view from the balcony (the photos for the sea view double room on the top floor are brilliant on the website, in actuality it's even better. The staff couldn't be more helpful. All in all a magnificent experience, the best place we've ever stayed, in a lovely setting, close to all necessary amenities. Practically outside the door there's steps leading down to a row of bars and tavernas overlooking the sea and harbour, with steps down to a tiny pebbly cove that's perfect to swim from, and 4 minutes walk round the corner is a sandy shingle beach with sunbeds and parasols and more good swimming. There's a free city shuttle bus that takes you around the town and to the bus station that picks up by the horn statue near the bars, leaves about 10 past and 20 to each hour. We're already booked to go back next year! Thanks to Bernadette and staff for making it a lovely holiday. Strongly recommend Creta Hotel

I wish I had stayed at Creta my whole time in Agios Nikolaos. The hotel was so much better than my previous hotel. The management was so friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to eastern Crete.

Hotel very good. Kitchen well equiped but a little bit of washing up liquid would have been good. Shower very temperamental, hot then cold. Parking was an issue! Overall enjoyed the stay.

Great people and spacious room

We needed a last minute place to stay after my son broke his foot and we needed a place with an elevator, we booked late at night and the wonderful lady at the front desk was so kind and got us in a room even though there was an issue with our booking. Our room was clean and had a great view of the water. The location is close to restaurants and shopping and the beach. Everyone was very helpful and kind during this time that was difficult while on our vacation.

Hôtel familial au personnel extrêmement sympathique, et francophone ! Il est tres bien situé a 5 mn a pieds du centre (lac). Très propre, disposant d'un ascenseur. La chambre (201) donne une magnifique vue sur la mer et l'île juste en face, avec une belle terrasse, bien orientée pour en profiter dès l'après-midi. Les équipements sont un peu vieillots mais fonctionnels. La clim meriterait une petite réparation car 2 volets sur les trois sont cassés et il est difficile dorienter le debit d'air. Bref un très bon rapport qualité-prix !

L'hotel si trova in posizione centrale, ma in una strada poco trafficata e quindi silenziosa. Le stanze, pulitissime, sono ampie e comprendono un balcone con splendida vista mare e una cucina spaziosa e molto fornita. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!
