Since all the cliff side properties are only accessible by foot, need to meet the staff (Timis) in town square. He helped with luggage and offer suggestions and help with all the logistics. Communication is all done with WhatsApp. Very convenient but need internet access. There is no reception, so this is essentially to stay in contact with assigned staff."

It was exactly what we expected - clean, spacious and a real, authentic Santorini cave house experience. PLUS, a view of the Caldera to absolutely die for! "We had a wonderful time at Nefeli House. Location was perfect, just outside Fira, but close enough to walk and discover the surroundings (30 min). There is a lot of dining option nearby, and a supermarket and pharmacy right on the corner. Breakfast was AMAZING! It's not a cheap continental breakfast, it's a full breakfast with local fresh products. Be prepare to eat a lot. Personnel was very friendly and attentive.
