"The perk of this hotel is that it's new so it's modern and well maintained! Additionally, it's in an excellent location right next to the Kierland Commons. Keep in mind that the hotel is a business budget hotel, and the amenities are as such. I didn't use the pool or gym, but the gym looked well maintained with newer machines and the pool area looked small, but fine for a quick dip. "Perfect place for a construction guy that smokes in the front parking lot. No coffee maker in the room, no cups, no silverware, I wanted to make some tea after a long flight. I had to go to the front desk and beg for a cup. I was there for a week. I bought cups and silverware. I empted my own trash. The first guy at the front desk was great. The others were grumpy. No exercise room. No business area, which I needed for printing. There was a desk in the room which I needed for working. Nice...

"Hotel was nice but the grounds maintenance personnel have little respect for guests. This time we were woken up at 6:00 AM to a groundskeeper outside our 3rd floor window with a chainsaw trimming a palm tree just feet from our balcony. Not the first time we had an issue with the grounds maintenance personnel doing loud work at odd hours near guest rooms."

"Big alert the property is under renovation, during 8-4 there is a lot of noise. The property was nice place, the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was awesome, eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffin, cereal, yogurt and juices. If it wasn’t for the construction noise it would have received a bigger rating. I was not informed of the construction intill I was there checking in. It would have been nice to know before hand."

"I had visited this property before and was pleased to find that my experience was consistent with previous stays. The microwave/oven had been upgraded which was good. Housekeeping were on the ball and kept me well stocked with coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily revisit and probably will, at some point."
