"Initially they denied rooms stating there is no booking from Expedia. They also said hotel is sold out. After arguing for almost an hour they managed a room for us. Bed linen was dirty. We felt like we were offered anything which was left over. All in all bad experience."

"When we first checked in the room (a queen room) even though booked for 2 adults was only catering for a single person- one towel, one tea bag, one toothbrush, one pair of slippers etc. This was corrected when it was pointed out to them but even at 9:00 pm I had housekeepers coming and knocking on the door wanting to come into the room in the pretence of bringing another bath towel even though this had been done before 4 pm. On checking out I was told I needed to pay for my room service order...
