"Staff was very helpful with navigation to the room with a lot of bags. Security also very helpful for finding parking with an oversized truck"

"The pictures used in ads must of been when it was newer. Everything was old. Beds was not a queen. they may have been a full size. I do not recommend. Nothing was in walking distance. The restaurant was ok. we stayed April 2026.This place is not up to Wyndham standards."

"Room looked to be clean when we first showed up then soon after getting our first meal for the day and coming back to the hotel. We find roaches everywhere on the floor, the wall, and even the fridge. We were even worried if any got into our suitcase because there was a time when we found a roach on our luggage. Don’t get me wrong we had fun but not because of the hotel. Hawaii is amazing just that this hotel definitely was the downside to the trip."

The listing advertised the room at about $79 per night, which sounded like a great deal for Honolulu. However, after completing the reservation, the total ended up being $779 for four nights, even though the room itself should have been around $316 at the advertised rate. I told the lady at the fed was late guest was in the room were my parent 78 and 71 . And she told me she didn’t want to re do everything since she already tried to move us to different room at 1am"

"when i arrived, the main room light did not work. the coffee machine did not work. the bathroom sink stopper did not work. the dvd player kept opening and closing. the staff was attentive and promptly fixed any needs i had. it was just a downer to show up and see so many things not working."

"This was a nice, clean hotel for my family to stay in overnight while waiting for a connecting flight back to the mainland. It served its purpose. The primary let down was simply the treatment from the staff upon arrival. In particular it was the member of staff who checked us in who was very rude and unhelpful. The exchange felt as if he was the customer and I was there to help him through the procedure while paying the hotel for the privilege. My family and I will not stay at or recommend...

"The room we were in had water soaked in to the rug in front of the sliding doors leading to the balcony. Didn’t dry up the entire stay. TV also do not work, not the biggest issue for us. The one side of the pool with the water slide was also not in use for a couple days. Food at the restaurants was just okay. Overall not terrible but will be going somewhere else next year for our trip."
