"Needs daily cleaning especially emptying the bins in the room. No lift so it was difficult to carry luggages to the third floor. Very limited time opening with reception. You need to be in Bossonet before 7:45 pm to catch the last village bus back to the hotel if you are in the village. They serve good food options at a very reasonable price."

Our room was very nice, with a small balcony and open onto the lively lakeside scene. The African folk artwork throughout the hotel was very cool. Our breakfast was excellent. "Pleasant option in Aix les Bains. It is a bit of a distance from the SNCF station but there are busses. Breakfast was good and had good selections. The pool/spa are a bit more basic than one might believe from the description but were acceptable."
