"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"I stayed at this hotel in Tokyo and would give it a solid 4 stars. The rooms are on the smaller side, which is pretty typical for Tokyo, but they were clean, cozy, and comfortable. That said, they can feel quite tight if you have large luggage. Thankfully, there is a luggage storage area near reception, which is very helpful. One thing to note is that amenities like toothbrushes, razors, and other essentials are self-serve at the reception area rather than provided in the room. There’s also no...

"Clean room and property. Friendly staff. They held my luggage for a few days until I returned from my trip to Korea. Very convenient location to Tamachi train station and shops. Walkable distance to the Tokyo tower."

"The front desk staff member we dealt with was very rude. One of the key cards didn’t work and it took going up and down 5 times to finally get the right one. One member of our party wanted to leave a bag in our room until they checked into their own hotel. They were told they were not allowed in the elevator. Very disappointed with the customer service. Other hotels were much more friendly and eager to help in any way."

"The Westin hotel in Tokyo was a lovely and clean hotel. We stayed in the room 618 and we were lucky to have the view of Mount Fuji on a clear day. The only negative comment from my side is that breakfast is very limited for westerners and every day is the same choice. Staff were very helpful, professional and friendly."
