"We were not accomodated into the original hotel we paid for but instead took us to a very horrible one. The room was meant for 4 people but they lumped us inside it for 5 people. One of the bed was broken but the hotel didn’t replace it despite several requests. The washroom was tiny and the showers cubicle could barely accommodate one person. "

They provided me a phone number, which did not ring. Because of the tight schedule, I could not afford to lose an hour or more looking for this alleged other hotel, so I took a loss and booked a room in the hotel I was standing...
