"Staff was friendly, food was fantastic and hotel was beautiful!"

"Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."

"Isis Hotel 2 is a very good option for those who want a simple but secure and centrally located hotel. All rooms are on the top floors of a high rise building so views are spectacular of the Nile and Cairo. Maybe I got lucky but the view alone was worth the price! The room was old and could use renovation but it was clean and quiet from the inside. I prefer having natural air so I had my window opened which let in a lot of the busy traffic below. The room does have A/C and TV but I didn't use...

"Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn ihr zentral wohnen möchtet, ohne ein Vermögen auszugeben. Marco und sein Team sind mega nett und sehr unkompliziert. Man findet immer eine gute Lösung! Ob Frühstück im Schwesterhotel, Kofferaufbewahrung oder Tipps für das Abendessen. Alles ist ein wenig entspannter! Nichts für Reisehyperhektiker 😉."

"Service was great. Breakfast was a terrific buffet. Staff took good care of us. The room was clean. some stuff needed repair, and something really confused me. I asked to extend my stay, and the front desk person told me they were sold out. I went up to my room and booked it on Expedia, and came back downstairs and the very same person extended my stay....... very odd."

"Love this hotel. Great staff. Ahmed and Mohammed are so wonderful. Love the vibe of café on the front of the hotel, very trendy. Its in great neighborhood, very safe to walk around even at night. Very convenient, close to shops and many restaurants."

"Great stay. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Interesting bathroom setup but everything is clean and staff is willing to fix anything shortly after requested. We spent most of our days out of the room so we didn’t mind the size… which was on the smaller size. I would have liked more counter space. But I really must say that we had a great stay. We made it work. Thank you Paradise Boutique Hotel staff :)"
