"Notre séjour de trois nuits au Soft Hotel a été excellent. Le personnel est extrêmement dévoué et très accueillant. L'hôtel est situé tout près de la place Tahrir, ce qui est commode. N'oubliez pas que Le Caire est une très grande ville et qu'il y a beaucoup de monde. L'hôtel est donc dans un quartier très achalandé. Celui-ci nous a permis de bien nous reposer tout en étant très sécuritaire. Les déjeuners étaient aussi excellents et préparés avec soin. Nous y retournerions assurément !"

"Cleaners didn’t bother cleaning properly and didn’t replace towels, slippers etc. bedding wasn’t change even though I asked them to. Breakfast was average and was the same everyday but staff were lovely and the location was great everything is on your doorstep I don’t think I will be staying here again "
