"Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms"

"We were lucky enough to stay at this amazing location during our 3 days in Cairo. We checked in and immediately felt welcome by Marcelino at the front desk who went above and beyond (helped us navigate the taxis, gave us recommendations of what to do in the city, offered to help us with day to day planning and booking, and so much more) to make sure we enjoyed our experience. "Fantastic hotel across the street from a great Nile walkway."

"Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."

"Firstly I would like to say a BIG thank you to Farida the duty manager, she is a star, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and hassle free. She also suggested few things which made our trip even more memorable. The views from our suite was incredible especially at night and we enjoyed our stay. Although the property can go with some modernisation but the service and help provided was exceptional. "

"Isis Hotel 2 is a very good option for those who want a simple but secure and centrally located hotel. All rooms are on the top floors of a high rise building so views are spectacular of the Nile and Cairo. Maybe I got lucky but the view alone was worth the price! The room was old and could use renovation but it was clean and quiet from the inside. I prefer having natural air so I had my window opened which let in a lot of the busy traffic below. The room does have A/C and TV but I didn't use...

"We had a wonderful stay at the The president hotel. The service was superb and the hotel has everything that we needed. The Terrace has delicious food and the breakfast has a nice spread. The location is fantastic for walking to local restaurants and cafes. I felt very safe in the area. Thank you’d a wonderful hospitality. "

"Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen, wenn ihr zentral wohnen möchtet, ohne ein Vermögen auszugeben. Marco und sein Team sind mega nett und sehr unkompliziert. Man findet immer eine gute Lösung! Ob Frühstück im Schwesterhotel, Kofferaufbewahrung oder Tipps für das Abendessen. Alles ist ein wenig entspannter! Nichts für Reisehyperhektiker 😉."

"Service was great. Breakfast was a terrific buffet. Staff took good care of us. The room was clean. some stuff needed repair, and something really confused me. I asked to extend my stay, and the front desk person told me they were sold out. I went up to my room and booked it on Expedia, and came back downstairs and the very same person extended my stay....... very odd."
