"The place was dirty, dirty floors, dirty bathroom, bugs in the bed. Still had last guest’s toothbrush most likely from 6 months ago given IT’s condition left on the hot water tank valves. Dogs running around the street at night fighting with each other. Looks nothing like IT’s pictures as posted. Will never, ever stay there again. Horrible place. "

"A nice comfortable hotel with super friendly staff. We stayed five nights and were very fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite overlooking the Nile. Very nice place and quiet for a good night sleep. Zemalek is a nice part of the city with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was quite extensive and good. My only complaint was the coffee that could stand with being improved :-) Highly recommend this hotel. There are coffee shops nearby although I never had time...
