"The staff got my booking info incorrectly and they were not accommodating at all. I had a daily water limit of 2 small bottles for 3 people and they wouldnt provide more. Third person slept in the ground because they didn’t want to give us what we booked. Room clean up was done only 1 in 4 days. There were cockroaches which i noticed the last day of our stay and i didnt bother even saying anything."

"Indian restaurant food is tasteless due to overspicing, and premises are run-down and dingy. Staff is scruffy and check-in is slow. Bar is a dark squalid place where some local men consume alcohol while apparently awaiting female professionals hired for fun. Corridors have room service meals at the doors of rooms with food leftovers there for hours, attracting flies. Breakfast is basic and mediocre, and fruits are not fresh. Corridors are hot and run-down. This hotel has evidently seen better...

"The staff were all kind and it was a comfortable hotel. There was an Indian restaurant on-site so there was no problem with food, and the location was good, just 15-20 minutes walk from Mutrah Souq. As it is an old hotel, the toilets and shower rooms were a bit dirty. Overall, it was excellent value for money."
