"This hotel was by no means 4 stars. The water from the shower leaked from under the door and flooded the bathroom with each use. Although we specified a queen bed the bed was at best a full and had only 2 small pillows. Even when the do not disturb sign was on the door the cleaning staff insisted on banging on our door several times at 8am, and once even just barging in. The sound from the hallways carried under the doors and talking by staff and neighboring rooms woke us up several times before 7am. Overall the hotel was very dark and dated and with the pool and hot tub being out of service there was very little to look forward to or enjoy at the hotel."

"The menu for the breakfast was good but the problem was lacking of any entertainment inside the hotel for kids such as a game room, a pool table, or even at the time we were there, The pool was closed. It is highly recommended for business visitors, not for families with kids."

"Great location! Located in the heart of historic downtown in CDMX. Easy access to public transportation, and some attractions within walking distance. A good variarity of food selections just steps from this hotel. Rooms are clean and feel comfy. "
