"Great hotel in Centro District. My issues with the place is there is no drawers to put clothes...hate keeping and pulling clothes out of a suitcase when traveling. Also lighting in the bathroom is low level. But room was spacious, clean and bed comfortable."

"Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

Unfortunately, our overall impression was spoiled by our departure, as we left at 5 a.m. and had arranged for a breakfast package with the hotel. "Great stay - I had 2 great massages at the spa - my only complaints were that they wouldn’t allow me to set the room temp cooler than 73 degrees. For me that was pretty miserable. The electrical plugs wouldn’t hold my charger and I struggled keeping my phone charged due to this… I’m not sure if it was the electrical or just weak (loose) plugs… but when you rely on your phone that was inconvenient."

"Lo único que no me gustó nada, terminé de comer en el restaurant del hotel me tomé dos cervezas y decidí ir a ver el partido ala terraza y me comentaron que tenía que consumir algo, les comenté que acababa de comer en el restaurant del hotel y no les importó. Prácticamente me corrieron de ahí en delante todos los días salí a comer fuera, que bueno porque la comida estaba mejor en los restaurante de ahí cerca caminando."

"Stayed during the Mexico World Cup game. Hotel was perfectly located. Rooms were large and spotless. Staff was very helpful to our family and knowledgeable about the area. 10 out of 10 for our stay. Also concierge provided transportation to and from the airport for a fee. Drivers were excellent. I’d highly recommend this as driving in CDMX is an experience."

"La ubicación es excelente, cerca de casi todo. No se usa transporte si te gusta caminar. El personal amable y atento. Lo único que no me gusto es que la puerta del baño es de vidrio, aunque es de vidrio nevado no da privacidad y como no tiene chapa pues realmente la puerta no queda cerrada. Pero en general es un hotel cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado."
