"While the main communal areas are well maintained, it is apparent that the maintaining of this public image is what is consuming the majority of their budget. Elevators were out of order, trash was left in the hallways, and the housekeeping feels understaffed, under budgeted, or has hired substandard employees. "Good hotel for individuals looking to be close to the San Antonio night life and river walk. Not the best hotel for families with little ones looking to get an early night sleep. Parking not available on hotel ground, only Valet parking available or paid parking lots. Staff personnel were top notch."
